Get ready for a high-flying adventure filled with magic, mischief, and the untold story of how one boy became Peter Pan.
Ethan Magill is excited to direct Peter and the Starcatcher this upcoming season. He is a drama teacher at MUSD. Previous directing experience includes the Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey with the Visalia Players, Constellations and Wild Swimming with Fresno State’s experimental theatre company.

Jason Rogers is excited to return to Madera Theatre Project as Co-Director for Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical. He has been involved with MTP since its inaugural season, both onstage and behind the scenes, and most recently served as Assistant Director for The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. Jason is passionate about youth-centered theatre, creating productions that place students at the heart of the storytelling while supporting them with experienced adult collaborators. He is grateful to continue working with MTP to bring meaningful, high-quality theatre to the Madera community.
German Gutierrez Jr (He/Him) is a Theater arts actor from Madera. Previous credits include University Theater’s productions of “Spring Awakening” as Otto, “At The Wedding” as Victor and “Red Velvet” as Pierre Laporte. Madera Theater Project’s production of “The Little Mermaid” as Sebastian and “Beauty And The Beast” as The Beast. He previously directed “Annie Jr” with MTP.

Recent credits include Alice in Wonderland (Tweedle Dee, MTP); The Diary of Anne Frank (Director, THS); and American Mariachi (Director, MTP).
Jacob Sherwood, Co-Director, is the Theatre Arts Instructor at Madera High School. Originally from the Chicago land area, Sherwood has been directing here in the valley for over a decade. Outside of theatre, Sherwood is a huge nerd and will gladly talk your ear off about Disneyland or Star Wars.
